Introduction

The Master landscape planning and conservation is a specification and the extension in the field of landscape planning.

 
The master program was established in WS 2011/2012.
 
From the academic year 2009/2010 it is given the opportunity to focus within the master program of environmental planning and engineering ecology on landscape planning, which summarize the content of the theory of landscape, the strategies for land development and the vegetation management in a separate core subject: 'Landscape Planning and Nature Conservation' (12 SWS, 15 cp). In addition to this, two projects work in the field of landscape planning and nature conservation issues are covered. The integration of the other core subjects of the master program of environmental planning and engineering ecology, allow to extend the course in different areas of the abiotic and biotic resources protection, environmental monitoring and environmental science and basic subjects. Also a further deepening in planning subjects is possible.
